Amazing - Amazing - Amazing!!!
I searched and searched on the internet for a tour that allowed us to actually walk among the stones and touch them. It was truly an amazing (have I said that before?) experience.
Pictures? We took zillions! I'm limited to how many I can put on a page because it will be so slow to download - but here goes . . .

Amazing! What an experience! |
I thought I was done with the website except for the page about coming home - but I can't forget to relay the story about trying to find our way back to the hotel from the Stonehenge bus tour! The bus didn't drop us off exactly where they picked us up, now it's dark, we're tired, and have no idea where the heck we are! Streets aren't marked that well. Paul finally asked this girl at a little shop for directions - I think she was speaking English but I'm not quite sure - I do know that she can't read a map any better than Paul can! So we walked back and fourth, over and over until PC with his uncanny, bat-like sense of direction found the "tree with the butt growing out of the side" and found our way to the hotel!
Last Page - our adventure is over, we head home.
