Trip to Scotland
Edinburgh: The kids go to a show
After a good nap the kids were ready to go "out amongst 'em". I was wishing I had gotten the travel phones I looked into because it was a little intimidating being out of contact when the four of us went different ways.
When the kids came back to the apartment, I was trying to rest again, my clock was all screwed up because of the trip - then the nap. I had started reading the last Harry Potter book - bought in Edinburgh the day it came out - that was kind of cool. JK Rowlings was supposed to be in London today at a book signing - seems like she would have been in Edinburgh where she lives but a lot of the books are set in London. .
Anyway! I could hear that the kids had a good time before they got to the door. There was a lot of giggling out on the street - they came in and just talked and talked about the pub they went to. 3tons.

While the kids went to the pub, Paul and I walked around and snapped a few pictures on the streets of Edinburgh.

Of course we were home much before them and weren't giggling quite as much!
